Brig Hart’s R3Global Sold – Cashing out?

R3Global is a support system for Independent Monavie Distributors worldwide.

R3Global was founded by Double Crowne Black Diamonds Brig & Lita Hart and is led by a number of Black Diamond Executives. Word in the street is that the estimated annual revenue of the training system is $12 -$15 million with high margins.

Several black diamonds invested in the system which had the intention to go public.

R3Global is sold to an unknown third party, for an estimated $20 -$25 million. I have reached out to Richard Beyer, CEO of R3Global however my calls where not returned.

Anyone remember the “education system” from Amway and the so many law suits in the 80-90`s from Dexter Yager all the way down to Tim Foley and the Florida -Puerto Rico diamonds?, one of the reasons Amway never could be the same in USA is the education system and the so many people that got enough from it, could be Monavie the next one?, i can`t tell, i am not doing Monavie and never will, but if you are involved with them be aware, it can help a lot, but it can destroy organizations with thousands of reps too.
    Clue: Brig and Lita Hart are ex Amway Diamonds.

  4. I bet you Brig sold it to himself through another corporation. That guy Brig is so smart; probably had his accountant figure a way to create more write-offs through the deal for years to come. Hey Ted, whatever gives you more to write about gives us more to read. It keeps us thinking and coming back to your site. So funny that people assume the guy would move on to another company, whether the guy was making 15 million a year of 5 million a year, why the hell would he move. People act like he would just want to rebuild again when the guy has millions and millions in the bank and the company Monavie is still a debt free company, only 5 years old and growth potential through the roof. I am assuming that Monavie has a new gameplan over the next 5 years that will evolve with some great product lines and some new great leaders. Whether Monavie has seen a decline, I would say FINALLY. They had such a huge incline, it had to be corrected somehow, but their revenue is still a lot higher than most. Anyways I would say that I presume Brig has a good trick up his sleeve and is probably laughing while reading this article and comments.

  5. As a former amway guy I left when I was told the truth that as a Diamond (6 legs of $15k a month) you’d make $100k a year with $60-$70k coming from the tools business. I’m no saint, but the didn’t disclose that fact until you’re too far in to quit. The profit margins are too tempting to pass up it seems. But, I still believe it was and is the best self- development process I’ve ever been through. More than ever, our industry needs a cd or mp3 of the month from our uplink and companies. The drive time us STILL the untapped way of locking your group in!

  7. First of all everyone dont condemn a guy for making smart decisions. R3Global just makes the tools to support the opportunity Monavie. R3global has a production company, print shop, sound studio, and everything else needed. Brig Hart has a covenant with Dallin Larsen “Last thing last time” The only way Brig is leaving Monavie is in a casket.

  8. Hi Guys, I think what Brig did makes totally sense, as a business person this is just about taking the opportunity and momentum to cash out a profitable asset. But I have to remark the sad part at the end of the day it’s that is just about business not about sharing and providing learning tools for new distributors.

  9. Consider this…how about the idea that MonaVie is merging with R3Global making 1 company 1 support system. Helping distributors to succeed is Monavie’s #1 goal. They will always make it easier for the distributors to make more $ and bless more lives. Gods favor surrounds Brig and Dallin and company as with a shield

  11. Paul, I agree. The new Monavie MVP program is just that. Unifying systems for tools that are cost friendly to distributors. Monavie is combining the systems of various top organizations I believe for a unified approach. These actions with R3 may be reflecting the start of this. Monavie is not, and will never be Amway.

  13. I agree with Rob, Monavie will never be an Amway, there were to many secrets in Amway. Monavie’s founders have heart.
    One system would be awesome, there are great people in Monavie that will lead it to a 20 billion dollar company. All I can say is
    dont quit on this, go full speed ahead or cry in your soup later. Buisness is business folks, go build yours and quit trying
    to blame others for your lack of production.

  15. What are the facts:
    The days of Distributor ‘support companies’ are dead. Brig was only ‘allowed’ to do this as Mona Vie was desparate to recruit him and his Amway buddies. Remember Mona Vie was dead in the water before Brig & crowd.

    Brig is probably selling because this business has peaked. Mona Vie is flopping all over the world because the failure rate is appalling. Mona View is not Amway…which grew by $800mil last year, Mona Vie dropped $250mil!

    The days of the ‘supplement momentum’ business has peaked; whether you are selling juice, gels or anything else for two reasons:
    1. The products are not considered good value thus the public are not prepared to keep spending that amount of money each month, so the business becomes all ‘promotion’.
    2. There is a realisation that this ‘MLM Rockstar’ model is a flop. The attrition rate guarantees that only those with multiple levels of leaders have any income that lasts. All junior leaders die.

  17. Tommy…I think you are partially right…I believe the days of “partial” supplementation and gimmick stuff is ending…What’s HOT and growing is personalization and customization of supplements… It’s the future and is a leader in marketing “buzz.”

  18. Great comment Tommy T. What I find interesting is that so many people “respect” what mv has done. Here we are 6 years in and mv just had their annual convention. I understand it drew a whopping 5,000 people from all over the world. WOW those numbers are staggering.
    Personally, I’d rather be in a company whose so called “leaders” are not a bunch of charlatans.

You have HUGE hearts and GIVE BACK to those that need. You are the #1 leaders in the world that take time to share your story. For those that really want to know Brig, read his book `why not you, why not now`. You will love this guy! I hope to see Brig and Lita at future Mona Vie Conferences and we wish them nothing but the best in life.

  23. Sorry, but why should Brig leave MV, as far as i heard he is one of the shareholders of MV, just selling 3r Global! Time will show if MV is the new owner and all the MV distributers will get even better support! Mona Vie is a good company with good people!

  24. I have not seen Brig and Lita since my Amway days in the 80’s. They stirred up a dream in me then and I still love them for it. I never made any money with that organization, but I grew as a person because of the ‘system’. I have 2 – trade time for dollars businesses now and a MLM that is working, my house and automobiles are paid for and no credit card debt. I’m not going to give their ‘tapes, books, and functions’ all the credit because my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ deserves all of that, but I do thank Brig and Lita for carrying the torch and helping me to think bigger and better. Anybody that buys into this is either mentally handicapped or dilusional….Brig, you happen to be an Amway weirdo, that is the only reason you have made a dime…I hope you feel guilty misleading the DOZENS (lol) of people left in your dwindling “legs” or whatever the hell you weirdos call them….Mona Vie will be defunct in 3 years, guaranteed, LOL….BTW, idiots, I have an aunt that is 67 years old ans works as a greeter at Wal-Mart for minimum wage, in other words, she makes more than 99.999% of those involved with Mona Vie…….For the record, I am not a former disgruntled member of Mona Vie, I was never that stupid to get involved in it, I just sat back and laughed at all of the people I saw attempt and fail at it after buying all the t-shirts and stickers….WOW, REtarded….

  28. The reality is now that Monavie is gone global in nearly 22 countries they must unify the systems, whether TEAM, R3Global and Monavie’s own in-house support. The only real way to extract dollars for tools from the rest of the world id to unify (hence MVP). The more people that participate the more they make. It makes total financial sense to unify worldwide as Brig Hart, Orrin Woodward and the Larsen’s will ultimately profit more handsomely with a bigger market share. Come on, do the math. If I were Brig or Orrin I do exactly that. It’s math, not rocket science.

  29. Brig Hart is merging his system with a more unified system. The premise is that if you go to Brazil or Singapore and order a hamburger from McDonald’s they taste exactly alike. By monavie creating a worldwide unified system will help take the company to the next level. 20 billion in the next 5 years. I also believe distributors will share in the profits of MVP and that’s refreshing. I hope it’s true. As for working at Walmart as a greeter, I hope to God no one tries to steal my dream like that. Like Steve Jobs once said; if today were the last day of your life, would you want to do what youre about to do? Let me tell you if today is that last day of my life greeting at Walmart is not the last thing I want to be doing.   30. Hello all.. I worked for brig for almost three years as he leave video production engineer. I have to say I saw Brig Hart go from diamond to crown with my very own eyes and it was a blast! Although I’ve ventured off for myself to start a business, working for hart is still one of the most celebrated times in my life. He was very loyal and fair to his employees and it felt very much like a family at times. His commitment to faith and yes, his very high level of intelligence in entrepreneurship, along with grace of God, led me to where Im at now succeeding greatly in my own ventures. I have nothing to gain by posting this other than to let you know my personal 3years of experience working closely with r3global team and being around brig weekly, I found him to be upright, conservative, and honest. Dont hate him for capitalism, it is the fuel of American prosperity. R3 was probably sold… great idea! If BD’s lost anything, I’m sure Brig was loyal to them enough to make up for it. I have seem him take care of his leaders…even when they didnt deserve it. Go BH!!! Keep moving forward.

  31. 1) Brig has not gone anywhere
     2) Brig is working on other projects with his family and to help distributers (see R3global.com)
      3) Monavie is a relational business- if you don't like relation to others and working together then this isn't the business for you.
      4) faith is evidence of things hoped for the evidence not seen – (Do you see any connection between faith, God and this business?) 
      5)  Business are in business to make a profit – Monavie just happens to be in the business to help others make a profit –

Well it is now mid year 2012, Monavie is using their own company wide training system called MVP which was co developed by Brig as well as the rest of the leadership and it seems that things are rockin and rollin. Change is a part of life and as Jim Rohn said it is not the wind but the set of the sails that matter. Brig is one of the most successful businessmen in the world and he seems to have a pretty good idea on how to not only set his sails but how to encourage others to set theirs as well. Can you say Jesus at the wheel. I would follow Brig just about anywhere as long as he is following him.
