  2. So confuse, I am… I think I saw here in this website, Evolv Health being the #1 MLM company in grow in 2010 = 450%. Did I get wrong Ted?

  3. I do not agree with this opportunity list.
Simple because; when I look at a opportunity I look at the chances to succeed, not for me the professionals, but esspecially for the people without experience.
Several of the companies in this list have a (extreme) bad trackrecord of % of people that succeed.
And with succes I am talking about the % that is active after 1 year and/ or making +$500 a month.

I think the most interesting opportunity list would be a list where you can see how many people succeed in a company.

  4. Hi
The best opportunity in the world is Forever Living Products
World leader in Aloe Vera based products
The only MLM Company in the world who is Nr 1 in a product line that everyone knows
With 33 years of steady growth, doing business in over 140 countries
Distributors selling products earning a good income and NO hype !
Stabile leadership and a lot of great products
You just cant go wrong with this one

  5. @ All. If your company is not listed and you want to nominate your company, please put in facts and figures. Pitches, hype ect. will be deleted…

  6. ACN is a common sense opportunity. We keep paying bills for life. Youngesters and teens now can’t live without a cellphone. All around the world now someone is either making a phone call, watching TV, cooking breakfast, turning on light, serfing the Internet. You get paid while it is on. I love it.
    https://turn-bills-into-wealth.com
P.S. I launched a project called: bills4charities. Some percentage of the money we get back goes to the charity of your choice. Follow me at : twitter.com/bills4charities. facebook.com/bills4charities

  7. I feel Ambit Energy should be on this listing.

    Company: Ambit Energy
    Country: United States
CEO: Jere Thompson Jr. – Great grandson of the founder of the Southland Corporation, responsible for bring us 7-Eleven
Leadership: Jere Thompson Jr., Chris Chambless (who helped Excel Communications reach $1 Bilion)
    Website: http://www.AmbitEnergy.com
Why? It was only ranked the 2010 #1 fastest growing, privately held company in America by Inc. Magazine. Ambit was also
named the fastest growing company in Dallas 2yrs in a row. It offers it’s consultants the unique opportunity for true
residual income by saving people money on a service most Americans must pay for monthly…Gas & Electricity.
Unlike many on this list that are luxuries, Ambit brings you a necessity. In an economy where people are tightening their
belts and looking for ways to cut costs, The fact that they became #1 when they were only in 3 states means that there is
plenty of room for growth and Ambit’s ability to lower energy prices for FREE to its customers and give them more than
any other ESCO makes it a definite must for this list.

  8. Greenfootglobal the MLM company of the month in the June issue of Home Business Connection. The company has been steadily increasing sales each month with a product increasing your gas mileage, universally needed everywhere. “Your going to save more on fuel then what you spend on the product” says Bill Hyman GreenFootGlobal Co-Founder.

  9. Also, we forgot to mention that Ambit Energy Grew by $90 million from 2009 – 2010 and is expected to triple that growth in 2011 as it enters more markets. It is currently in Texas for both resident & small Commercial, will cover all of New York State (the last area, Rockland County opens 7/21/11) for both Residential and Small Commercial (in the Con Edison region only), Illinois (Opened electricity in the Chicago area on 6/22/11 to go along with Natural Gas), the PECO & PPL areas of Pennsylvania and BG&E area of Maryland.

You can go without coffee, nutritional drinks, cosmetics and many other things that companies on this list offer…try living without G&E.
    http://www.SynKaraEnt.Energy526.com

  10. One of the reason Ambit is not on the list is that it is only available in a part of the USA. We are covering with this website 150 countries. So a global opportunity is more likely to hit the list then a local one, but never the less, Ambit is a great opportunity.

  11. Zamzuu??? You mean YTB; that went from $168 million in 2008, to $63 million in 09 and $35 million in 2010?

Boasting a solid F rating by the BBB and guilty of being a pyramid scheme by the California Courts?

    Bryan you jest!

Next: Tim Sales makes an opportunity good??? That is the most insipid evaluation ever!

Unicity??? 450,000 reps generate $180 million and that makes sense??? $400 per rep if there were no other expenses and the product was produced for free – more like $100 per rep.

I could go on but a quick look at the little info in your breakdown disqualifies this list of having any value; based on results Monavie should be on the list.

Perhaps you should look at your previous post about how much the average networker earns ($1,400 annually) and consider that as your main criteria for judging the greatness of the company. What matters is how much people earn and if the product has value.

  12. mlmbusinessnews dot com/top-40-mlm-gains-2011/

Tracked by a third party so no hype at all.
Look who is #2 in growth in the MLM world. When the new stuff comes out that will really explode what we are doing.
Click on my name and join for FREE. When my free gift (premium incentive) that we can give away is ready (database needs to be built for tracking purposes) you’ll be among the first to have a viral tool 2nd to none sign an NDA promise to keep hush on it and I’ll let you know what it is.

  13. Great observations! Some people seems to be upset, not very professional. You can not expect to list all companies in a Top 20….

  14. 7 reasons why Talk Fusion is the best.
    ? Instant pay
? Extremely low start up cost (just $250)
? Best return on investment (more than $100,000 income in the first year just by getting 1 new associates per month and teaching her/him to do the same)
? Without administration and product logistic difficulties
    ? Exponentially growing market
    ? Unlimited global business
? 8 cutting edge video communication products (Video e-mail, video conferencing, live broadcasting, video blog, Fusion Wall, e-subscription form, video auto responder, and video share.

Contact me on my webpage and I will prove it to you.

Talk Fusion is the key to creating wealth and to changing the way the world communicates.

  15. The ENAGIC Corporation is the PERFECT COMPANY!! I have been involved in Direct Sales/MLM over the past 30 years. After being with Enagic, sharing such an Awesome/Powerful product and understanding their patented compensation plan, why would anyone wait 15 years to receive residual income that Enagic pays just 10 business days? You owe it to yourself to check this out!

  16. Hi Ted,

Thanks for the list and the mention of WorldVentures and myself. There are a lot of great companies listed and many that are not listed. Almost all provide a strong opportunity for those who are willing to go to work instead of looking for a quick buck. I would caution anyone to say their opportunity is “the best”. While it may be “the best” for you, no company is “the best” for everyone, my company included.

I chose WorldVentures because, for me, travel is the most fun, exciting and sexy product in the world. To make it to the top of any opportunity it is going to require a LOT of work. Countless phone calls, webinars, meetings, trainings, etc. If I’m going to work my tail off building my future, I want to be talking about something I’m passionate about and won’t get bored with.

Rather than bashing each other, lets build each other up. As the great Richard Brooke once told me, “Together we stand, divided we fall.”

Marketing a weightloss product that Flat out works by showing a 4 minute movie any way you can.. And we are All getting paid!

SBC ROCKS! and we’re Just getn Warm!

  18. Ted, this is brilliant for debate!

The list is actually a load of rubbish yet perfect to make people feel insecure about their business.
You just need to do your research… I count 10 companies should not be on this list when you actually know whats happening with them over the past few years and today…

    Some classics from your list….
Amway [sued as a pyramid in UK].. PROVEN that 99.9% of people dont make a profit! Great opportunity! Ha! Only booming in total new markets of India and China, etc.

Products… what crediblity do you have to pick a company for top 20 by product? Frankly, you dont have the experience or analytical framework to do this…it is ridiculous to say one is better than other. Especially the companies you picked. Its as if you wanted them on the list and struggled to find a reason…. Gano, GWT, etc ….please…. How could you pick them against an FLP, Herbalife, etc.

Ariix….please. Because Tim Sales? The truth is that Tim Sales caught Nuskin’s first boom in the mid 1990s in the USA and Japan, they flopped in Europe. He, and guys like Yarnell, then retired because they were unable to replicate their success anywhere else in 15 years! He has prove himself first again. And not like Randy Gage’s boom / bust at Agel.

    Research….!!!
Unicity? Reported flat sales, no buzz for years.
ACN? Reported flat sales, running out of countries to launch?
Noni….. reported dropping sales! no buzz for years
Then you have the big strong billion $ babies still growing …..Natura up 15% & Herbalife up 15%

    Oriflame?
You obviously dont know this company. Its strong sales in 2010 YET there is no leadership ‘opportunity’ in their plan. Its like an Avon party plan deal.

    USANA?
Only growing in Chinese markets of Asia. Its a Dog in Europe, N America and Down under. And top executives & leaders have left to create own company [Ariix] so they will be seriously under fire….How many Asian Chinese read this site?

And hottest product area in the world is Utilities …. thus Ignite, Ambit and Telecom plus growing strong . Telecom plus was ranked UK FTSE Company of the Year 2010.

    Its the facts that matter.

  19. Xoxai… Paula Pritchard…. good lord Ted… never rave about Paula Pritchard in Europe!
My veteran European friend tells me that Paula headed the two biggest front-loading pyramids in the 1990s – NSA and Quorum… [Incidentally so did George Zalucki!]
100,000s were conned to invested $1000s in crap products. She and Kathy made a ton then ran back to the USA when they collapsed and 99.9% lost their investment.
He is just amazed she has the cheek to show her face in Europe again.

And just so you know, us Asians are suckers as well!

  20. Hi Ted, whatever happened to Monavie? Supposedly the brightest star in the MLM universe with $2.5 billion sales up to 2009. And having only opened in 18 countries worldwide.Shouldn’t it be up there somewhere among the the top 20?

  21. I am glad to see we are on the list. Momentum at it’s best. The numbers and staff speak for the company leadership. We the distributors are only as good as our customers! With Ryan Blair and Blythe at the helm. On ward and upward.

I enjoyed reading through the post from others. I am honored to be among leaders of other companies and the knowledge of said companies is conveyed through the responses above.

I will be a regular visitor to the site. Thanks Businessforhome.org!

  22. see what you have started Ted…lol
I have played this game for to long to get excited over hype and non sense. It took me almost 20 years to find home.I was with 4 companies and did what I was to do and did make quit a bit of money but non lasted. The upside is that I learn t what to look for in a true long term company.
You need a company with a product that are not hot today and obsolete tomorrow and does not need approval of each district/countries authorities or health department.
last I checked gold ,silver and gem stones were steadily gaining value over the last 3000 years or so and they will continue on doing so and globally accepted. Anyone looking for home forever can contact me and I can show you how to make money TODAY.
our steady natural growth speaks for itself.oh yea BTW did I mention over 70% retention ratio?
I can keep going on but I will leave room for some more comments:)
Great job Ted and business for home. When you get responses like that you know that you are doing a great job

  23. Hello Ted.
I do not agree with this list, I’ve had a two-year experience with Amway and after 15 years out of market networks I’m in another company called 4Life Research. Completely different. Here I started to win from the start, and the education system of the International Network team – INT, works and is replicable, we are slowly making a difference in life persons. I am a professional networking market and look for a lot of information in several places and compare and showing that here there is a tendency to value a business and ignoring others. When you want to be the best there is only one way … Doing things well, with principles and values ??and passion and never trying to do things for convinience or favor. You can do better!
I agree with much of what was said here

  24. What a great list to see all these dynamic leaders names and companies recognised for the brilliance they provide for the industry.
I am seriously impressed when I see compilations like this, Prior to hooking into great sites like this my Poor mind would ridicule and run these super stars down. Thanks to the industry and all the training my life is brilliant I also I know thanks to Jim Rohns famous words. ” The Same Winds blow on us all it’s how you set your sail that makes the difference.

One can only assume that all of these top level earners thrive on Integrity well done See you one day in the Bahamas

  25. Geography of an opportunity does not dictate the size of the opportunity!!!

3 of the top 31 largest companies in the world are in 1 country and 2 are in a small fraction of one company.

Ignite seems way more attractive than ACN.

    ACN: founded 1993
    Ignite: founded 2004
    ACN: multiple countries
    Ignite: 4 states
    ACN: #20 at <$600 million
    Ignite:#14 at over $900 million
ACN: multiple products (flagship obsolete video phone – get it for free everywhere)
Ignite: markets energy for Stream Energy

Do I want access to $900 million in 7 years locally or $600 million in 18 years internationally?

Ambit was #1 on the Inc. 500 Inc.com after being in 3 states, I think most of the other 500 companies were global and Telecom Plus is obviously a top 20 opportunity based on the numbers.

Product or service matters, as does leadership, but the numbers have to account for something.

  26. Selling health and nutrition products when you don’t care about health or nutrition is the height of hypocrisy.

Go to one of these health companies conventions or meetings and see the cigarette smoke and the alcohol flow.

There is no single magic health product so stop it, and organic coffee is the most offensive offering in the entire industry until someone came up with the vitamin coffee.

  27. I believe if you choose to enter into the network marketing industry you should join with a company that has a product you are or can be passionate about. In my Talk Fusion business I have met many wonderful people in to many, many network marketing companies to many to mention here. The ones that I know that are successful with their company are the ones that have passion for their product and joined my Talk Fusion Team to help better promote that passion.
So as long as you use the products yourself and would refer those products to your own mother you are in the right company.

Network marketing if you have “passion” can bring great wealth to those that use the right tools to promote them. Don’t allow the naysayers to steal your dreams, networking works and works well! Best Regards to all of you…

  28. Wow, I have seen a lot talk on here about this company and that company. Company’s history and the multiple products that they are selling and all the markets they may be in Globally. It doesn’t matter if a company has 100 products or is in 100 markets. If the product is not essential to daily life, then people can do without it. If your service is obsolete then don’t beat your chest saying how great it is when people have surpassed your technology and can get it for FREE…i.e. 5Links & ACN that’s why they are turning to energy.

If you have a company that is in 1 market and is shooting past companies that are in multiple markets then they should be considered a top option. Companies like Monavie shouldn’t be in there, they lost $185 million between ’09 and ’10 according to DSN. How in the world would a company that lost so much be even considered? How could you list a company like 5Links that isn’t even listed in DSN’s Global 100, nor Inc. Magazine’s Top 500 in America.

I was in Amway for a while and I have to admire that they have stayed on top along with Avon. Though I think it won’t be long before an Energy company moves into the top 10 and slowly creeps up to the top spot. Because while products are good, people can do without them but no one wants to live with out energy. I don’t drink coffee and haven’t taken a vacation get away for 4years. I also don’t use cosmetics and fast food was my good friend for too many years so I didn’t do the health thing…1 thing I did do and everyone on here did and will do is use ENERGY.

  29. I’ve been in both services and nutrition. I was convinced that services (energy, cell phones, internet, satellite tv, etc) was the best! But, what I’ve found that was different is that people have no emotional attachment to those products. So their “care meter” is not on. There is no excitement like a weight loss product can generate. 70% of America is overweight. I know 100% of America uses Energy, but the actual percentage of people who “care” to SWITCH is small. Most people pay more for Satellite TV if they really like it and don’t want to switch. Or they “love” Verizon or “the iPhone” and would never switch or the dreaded “contract” that now comes with almost all of these services.

I have yet to meet anyone who doesn’t want to be healthier than they are now. Now, of course not everyone takes action on any of these concepts. So the fact that EVERYONE uses Energy, isn’t really a sales pitch. 100 million a day spent on weight loss. Bottom line…all of this stuff sells and works for people. The key to success in MLM is very simple. DOES IT DUPLICATE, and can or will the average person do it, or can they see themselves doing it. After years of selling services and products, I believe the products are best because the margins are better so the pay to the reps are better. Also 82% of network marketers are women. Women in my experience sell on emotion and excitement with their friends. Find me any woman that doesn’t want a lean sexy body. I can find millions of women that could care a less about a telecom or energy bill. I want to attract the masses!

Millions will be made in both arena’s no doubt. Good luck to all of you. I love the passion that you have for your companies! We are all “network marketers” let’s continue to support each other and help each other succeed by bringing the market a positive message!

  30. An honour to have the only Canadian company Global Wealth Trade on this
list in back to back years. As the only Designer Fashion House in direct sales
and with 3 keys that absolutely obliterate industry average by 8 to 10 times
for those seeking true long term residual income from Annual Retention Rate
to Monthly Reorder Ratio to Earnings Per Distributor ratio it is safe to say Global
Wealth Trade will be on this list for years to come as it climbs towards being a
    $Billion company by 2015!!

  31. Not passionate or emotional about energy? Throw out the air conditioner, stove and refrigerator for the next 5-10 months; then do without heat and hot water for the months of November- April and tell us what the family says about that?

Emotional business people down make the best decisions

  32. Zeb, news flash: when they are still fat 6 months later the future of your residual is pretty much SHOT…

Six years later – still fat – residual still shot.

Residual that doesn’t change habits and is a necessity that people must have is true residual

  33. you guys are selling products that take effort I am giving away a free site that will empower you and your close friends and relatives to buy from the same online stores you shop at anyway and get paid cash back when you go through it. It’s like getting paid for giving away FREE money. There is no cost to become a free agent and then when it works you can upgrade and make more. Your wellness products are all over priced and even the MLM electricity is more expensive than the other electricity providers. you want to join a FREE electrcity MLM go to my website by clicking on my name yeah we have electricity in addition to our shopping mall and coffeee and travel our electricity provider offers better rates than the other guys because we don’t need to just make a living off of our electricity since we have other product lines. Our gano type coffee is more affordable as well. We just keep killing the competition on price and making more products and services available to market and sell.

  34. advertise advertise advertise.
The most of these comments are not serious well thought answers, but simple people that want to promote their company.
Come on people -> try to act professional

@Ted: maybe you can make a forum where people can promote themself and their super opportunity

  35. The letters V, X and Z are not that popular in English names and words but they seem to be popular in network marketing companies, why is that? Are these from non-english speaking countries? Is the use of these letters like the use of fancy overpriced bottles – empty packaging, the glitter effect for the gullible masses?

Can you do a survey on the use of the “X” factor in this industries nomenclature compared to fast food or auto?

I notice the over use of these letters in the pharmaceutical industry also and they try to sell a bunch of overpriced, well packaged garbage too.

  36. CARLOS if Zamzuu is a pyramid scheme how come they are still in business after going to court ? Ambit is what your hot to trot for? Really?

Anyone who would join Ambit to sell overpriced energy is either not very bright or is doing so with the intent to rip you off. In Texas your charging 9.3 cents according to powertochoose.org. All you can sell is overpriced electricity I have numerous other product lines and if I need to promote energy I am not going to represent a company that charges 9.3 cents per Kwh. I think drug dealers and thieves have similar ethics to people like you.

Besides we are far more diverse than just electricity. that is all you can earn a check on we have a broad range on items to promote fromganoderma coffee at pricing superior to other companies, telecommunications, travel, wellness products and we have a mall were we can get paid to shop. That’s right we earn cash back from purcahse we make and those of others who we share our mall with.

I can organize trips like cruises and if I get 8 to 10 people to go with me on a cruise then my cabin is free and I get paid 8% of what they paid to go on the cruise and it’s the same price they would have paid anyway.

I have better electricity rates than you and I earn residuals on electricity without getting suckered into paying hundreds of dollars, I have 700 + companies that give me cash money back when I buy from them online, companies like restaurant.com, walmart, target, guitar center, drugstore.com and on and on you name it I can find it and get paid cash back buying it through my own shopping mall.

We also have numerous health and nutritional products for those who just need to sell that sort of thing. I get products from the manufacturer direct myself because of my inside connections but they have good products in that arena and if they listen to me they will have a lot better lineup as well. As far as aloe goes I can hook them up with way better products than any other company has in that niche so forget doing an aloe only company. I know the real players in that market bigtime and I mean personally. Buy a thousand bottles from me and you will get a deal and our own label. want to take it MLM I can make it happen. As an Insider I only join up with a company when I can retail it out to the masses and make massive results happen and I have a strategy that makes this possible. There is no need for anyone to recruit and make a good living with our company.

Your losing money buying direct and not using my free mall. PLUS ! When electricity is FREE what are you going to do? You guys focus on a single product that will one day be free because of technology and then your entire business goes down the tubes because you can’t make anything after it becomes free. Diversity is needed in business, to market a single product line is dumb and I can’t say enough about that issue.

I know the type of people behind this company and Zamzuu will be a major giant in the world of business. Ambit is probably on borrowed time due to the progress of technology one day making electricity sales obsolete. I promise you will still be pushing ZAMZUU long after Ambit is no more. I would rather partner with a company that has a future because of a smarter business plan than follow after a company which common sense tells you is doomed to go out of business whemn the people at the bottom of the pyramid drop off because they realize they have been overcharged for their electricity.

  37. Zamzuu is YTB and where are they on the top 100 companies on DirectSellingNews.com?

Where are they on the Inc. 500?

I do want to know your time frame for free energy in the world? Is it going to work for cars too?

Zamzuu is going in the right direction with their F rating on the BBB..org and their three year decline and no wonder with individuals like you

  38. Bryan, please check BBB.org under your company it says YTB aka Zamzuu was found to be “operating an illegal pyramid scheme” by the California AG and were force to cease and desist. Visit the Better Business Bureau or call them for additional information. the Zam in the name sounds to much like scam so you might suggest they change names again and get more distance from the Your Travel Business thing. Do most travel, clothing or health companies diversify into energy or are you guys at Scam U throwing the #%@+ against the wall to see what sticks???
