I had an opportunity to join Organo Gold about a year and a half ago, but I passed on joining because I didn’t drink coffee and I didn’t take the time to get educated about Organo Gold and what makes it such a successful company. It took a friend giving me a sample a year and half later to really open my eyes to the potenial of what this company truly has to offer and where this company is headed in the future.

How do they pay out over $57 million to 72 reps when the company generates under $95 million? Please help me calculate that possibility?

In the year of 2011 OrGano Gold generated over $150 Million. 2012 OrGano Gold is anticipated to do over $300 Million in revenue. Also the numbers on this site are monthly estimates. In network marketing we can not make income claims and that is why the source is 3rd party. We have rings to show if a distributor has earned $100,000 - $249,999 in a year, $250K - $499,999 in a year, $500K to $999,999 in a year, $1Million to 1.999 Million in a year and $2 Million and over in a year. In the picture above the ring with the blue in it stands for the $100K ring, the red is the $250K ring and Aron's ring is the $1 Million Dollar ring. These incomes are 12 month income not lifetime income.

@ Leonel. 1st. Did you know that most MlM's have breakage? 2nd Did you know that most MlM's could pay up to 30% more to their reps but choose to pay the Owner or investors ? Organo Gold simply decided to pay the PEOPLE that does the work!

DirectSellingNews.com has the earnings of each company for 2011 and OG did $94 million. Do you mean brokerage, so they don"t have certain expenses? ...or does breakage create money?

Deja Vu, if the company paid 72 reps more than 60% of their revenue, how could they pay the other 70,000+ reps, staff, management and other expenses of producing, packaging and housing? Do they have any overhead expenses at all?
