Rodan and Fields, Lori Bush, CEO

According to an article in the Wall Street Journal, Wells Fargo is interested to buy MLM Skin Care brand Rodan + Fields for as high as $800 million.

The San Franciso based company has removed its products from stores in late 2007 and has since seen annual sales exploded.

Since 2010, the company’s revenues have grown nearly ten-fold, reaching $56.90 million in 2011, $109.48 million in 2012 and $196 million in 2013 and est. $300 million in 2014.

The number of Rodan + Fields consultants has also grown considerably, from 7,500 in 2008 to more than 50,000 in 2014.

Since joining the company in October 2007, Lori Bush led the company’s pivot into the direct selling channel. Lori has more than 30 years of experience in the consumer and healthcare products industries, previously serving as President of Nu Skin International, the personal care division of Nu Skin Enterprises, Worldwide Executive Director of Skincare Ventures for Johnson & Johnson and Vice President, Professional Marketing for Neutrogena Corporation.

Rodan and Fields, was developed by two Stanford trained Dermatologists, Katie Rodan and Kathy Fields.
