Check your MLM Company's policies and procedures to see if the company allows the sale of a downline. If you can't find it in the Terms and Conditions or Policies call the company. Most companies allow the free transfer of a downline when it is sold. Some company's have a specific procedure to follow.

If your company says you can't sell your downline tell them to review the Federal Trade Commission cases against Holiday Magic and Koscot International.
