ANYTHING that comes in a bottle-has been "pasteurized" which means the ingredients were HEATED which in turn killed all the live great ingredients that were placed into all these glass bottles. The public needs to do it's research. There are different "forms" of pasteurization be it "flash, cold pressed, etc" they all do the same in they HEAT the ingredients. Thankfully with Nuriche we NEVER heat our ingredients above the killing enzyme point of 117 degrees-we average our temperature around 80 degrees.
