Direct Selling Distributors, they are active professionals, who love to team up with you!

Comments (31)

  1. Ted – a couple of those Xowii Corp. People you have pictured have already left due to them seeing the writing on the wall, and a great number of the Xowii Distributors you have listed including yours truly have done the same – some recently & some several months ago. I wish my Xowii friends who have decided to roll the dice, all the best.

  2. When I looked at Xowii or should I say the new Monavie it put a bad taste in my mouth. The overwhelming number of Monavie folks that were given deals and lured to Xowii did not make a very sound and ethical business model and I think the company would have liked to have raped and pillaged some more but didn’t. The products are marginal at best and there wasn’t a lot of substance or expertise behind any of it. Up until their launch all they had was energy drinks in an already overcrowded market and realized they needed more so they acquired a vitamin drink packaged in a TRON outfit to make their proposition look more appealing. Something tells me Evolv is saving Xowii’s behind from imminent death or Richard Kelly is rethinking his entrance into the MLM world.

  3. We are excited! XOWii products are Brunswick Lab Certified, and this merger is further going to solidify a strong future for both organizations. Listen, the industry at large is expanding, but in my opinion, very few organizaitons qualify as “elite” where product and integrity is concerned. I support Mona Vie, Xango, Evolv, and more than a few other great business opportunities and product lines. This is “The Business of the 21st Century” and trust me their is room all-around for people who do the right things for good reasons.

I am going out to share more XOWii product right now. In six or seven months, that may be an EVOLV THIN or EVOLV ENERGY. It May carry another name. But the science is true. I have had great experience with XOWii products. I have enjoyed Mona Vie products. I love what EVOLV has as a strong foundation for another top-rated organization. It’s like comparing one all-natural organic Acai Berry to another. It’s Apples to Apples. The bottom line is that people who want to succeed in this business, do so with great passion and heart. Believe in yourself, and go out and share that passion and energy!

Now, to add EVOLV to my embroidered XOWii Shirts and Hats!

Everyone do what they love! I don’t care what company you are with, order more product and go out and share in the coming months!!! People need to know what you are offering!!!

  4. Number one…. if this was good for all the distributors, why has it been kept a secret??? Why have the owners of Xowii sat and lied to my face for the past 2 months. Moving the company to Utah… finding homes here… all BS. Xowii paid my team upwards (according to them) $175,000 to come aboard and with in 2 months everything we had built was destroyed. I think the actions of Corp in the last 2 months shutting down the Corp offices, firing key executives was just the hand writing on the wall. Why are we calling this a merger???? Evolve is buying products!!! Nothing more. The entire downline of Xowii is crumbling while I am typing….. but again it never was strong from the top down. A lot of peeps that made a lot of money in Monavie….. but did not possess the required skill set to understand how they did it…. or duplicate that!!!! This is the best situation for the owners who will walk with some money in their pocket…. I hope the can live the rest of their life being looked at as a complete failure in the eyes of those who looked up to them!!!!

  5. I am very dubious that this is a true merger of equals… mergers in mlm are rarely successful… The Rexall / Enrich / Unicity is a great example of how difficult it is to merge two competing cultures. Usually no one wins. I think Richard Kelly simply wanted out.

My best wishes to all for the hope of success… who names a company Xowii anyway?

I guess after Google anything goes.

    Cheers,

    BC

  6. I think it’s a huge “win, win”. Evolv has a unique technology that can enhance any product, to have evolv pick up xowii’s product line will be a great thing for both parties.
    Should be interesting….

  7. No surprise with this one. Both companies are struggling. Evolv is trying to sale magic water at a permium and Xowii is trying to jump on the energy drink and weight loss band wagon a couple of years to late. Zero multipled by zero is still zero and I predict this being a very big disaster in the direct sales industry. I just feel awful for the leaders whos lives are played with by gready executives at both companies.

  8. We still have too much pump and dump in our profesion. That is what happens when “financial” minds launch companies. They too often do not “get” the art and passion of what we do and why we do it.

Raiding and running “dirty political” campaigns to line our own pockets will ultimately continue to undermine the credibilty of what we do.

I wish the sales leaders and reps of both companies well. Perhaps this creative merger will be just what they need to take it over the top.

Spread this article around some. It might help.

  9. Love it! Listen, if anyone thinks someone else is going to build their business for them, they are in the business for the wrong reasons. People speak of momentum shifts, or downlines off of auto-ship, well that’s because certain leaders in this greater industry sell a “dream” rather than a “business.” Network Marketing requires the exact same attitude as owning and investing in any business. Your auto-ship is not a “cost,” it’s an “investment.” Your company is not your product, your “choices” and energy are what creates your personal brand. Align yourself with products and a team you believe in…but you are the brand!

My products just got that much better today!

My team and leadership…just made a smart move with a progressive and forward thinking outlook!

On a greater economic note: Why isn’t Barry doing anything about Egypt or Iran? Any of you thinking of putting $500,000 down on a Storefront right now? Any of you geniuses with your opinions have the balls to put $10,000,000 down on a business in this economic environment that is horribly unstable? I don’t care what company you are from, or who you think you are, the middle class in America is shrinking. Smart investors are preparing. Smart people are planning. This is a great opportunity for anyone “looking” to truly get started on a future that the average person can not see yet.

I know Richard Kelly is a smart man. Trey White and his team are pretty smart people too!

We just got smarter. We just got bigger, stronger and faster too!

I have created, developed, owned, and sold multiple business concepts. I understand the process. I also know how to invest. Personally, a language and attitude exists in the business world. One that we have to pay attention to and learn.

Taking two Top 10 rated companies and merging them is an incredible plan in today’s economy. It’s fiscally responsible to all parties involved, not a few corporate executives. When both companies are “debt free” and want to carry a vision forward, it’s a great idea to merge assets and build as one. Now, the only complication in my opinion is making sure the cultures and vision is similar. You can read my material all over the internet, and for the past year I have complimented EVOLV and a few other great companies. I am very fond of Mona Vie products for example.

Now, I study the nutrition and science probably more than I should. We are merging two companies based on sound nutrition, with solid books, and combining distributors that are active and passionate about sharing better health. With this, we can take products from 20 or 30 companies, with nice comp plans, and great people…and tell almost the same story. 1 in 2 men, and 1 in 3 women in America will get cancer.

In-fact, disease and disorder of some sort is almost guaranteed in America! ?1/1000 of a gram of dioxin can cause horrible damage to the human boyd. Americans subject themselves to 600 times this. 620,000 Americans die from cancer every year. 910,000 from heart disease. We put $350 Billion worth of Pharmaceuticals in our bodies that cure nothing. Chronic disease almost assured in our population, deficiency and toxicity are the cause.

Now the human body is the Periodic Table, and H2O is the base element. We need 30 or so elements in balance, and as Bill Sickert preaches, all of his products start with “healthy water.” Food in the Grocery stores for the most part is derived from just 3 elements thanks to the Farm Subisdy Acts of 1970 and 1973. The human body needs balance.

Mona Vie became the fastest company to clip $2 Billion Dollars ever…with one bottle of juice. Why? It’s not Dallin, it’s not a comp plan, it’s the fact that the nutrition made a difference and continues to make a difference. Pay attention to what matters.

Build your own empire. You are King of your Castle. XOWii and EVOLV just make an incredible, forward thinking move. They could not talk about it for the past few months, that is big business and confidential!

As an opportunity, I just received my largest XOWii check last week. I have created my own momentum and I was signed-up on October 3, 2009. It’s my timing. It’s my business. My upline sponsor is just a phone call away. I will succeed at my pace, on my time.

I am pumped up about the water too! My arsenal is very well-rounded and the alignment didn’t cost the key investors that created XOWii and EVOLV as much money to produce the added assets. Good for them! They are business owners just like all of us! Now most of us tell our people and friends to read Robert Kiyosaki books like “Rich Dad Poor Dad.” Well, Kiyosaki would applaud this merger. It’s sound. He also clearly teaches people not to become emotional when they invest money and time. Look at the assets and liabilities. In this case, Kiyosaki would say “Win – Win.” Don’t let it bruise your ego. Don’t think knocking this merger is going to make you seem like a master networker. Don’t think mocking XOWii leaders will change the fact that as an investment vehicle, this is a great opportunity. No need to shout for reputation!!!

  10. WOWii – all this amounts to is 2 companies that offer no value what so ever, overpriced products & inflated monthly pay-plan requirements. Two flatlining companies have turned in to just one flatlining company. Xowii Owners got their payday, mission accomplished.

  11. I think this is a PERFECT fit! The most expensive energy drink is be bought out by the most expensive water company on earth. I hope the people is Xowii who did not get HUGE checks to move don?t fall for this. When this fails in a year or two make sure you remember my name. I?ll still be with a SOLID company that has better products at a lower price ? a story that have never been told in Network Marketing ? I LOVE DRINKACT! https://DrinkACTlifestyle.com

  12. I can promise you, Chester, that we absolutely did not and would not ever accept being paid to move our downline. When MV paid Robert Dean to move over that was one of several reasons why we left our previous company. I promise you and everyone else that Jenny and I can not be paid nor will we join a company that pays distributor to move over. If a company pays distributors to come over then they do not have a sustainable business model. It undermines the entire distributor base. Companies who pay distributors are mostly likely going to have a very short life span. Its flat WRONG! We WON’T join any company who makes ‘DEALS” so don’t bother calling us if you or your company are making deals.

  13. Agree Phil…..The MLM Industry can be such a wonderfull and long lasting venture if all the money hungry, dishonest bottom feeders were not allowed to sit at the head of the tables and actually call themselves VP,CEO,Founders….They are what is destroying this industry!! Let the successfull distributors that actually work and build a team based on integrity and morales head up the next MLM and you will see success!! Find it and I’m all in.

    D.A

  14. My dear friends, do not come to conclusion that this company or that company will be your best company to involve in. The options are still open. The most important thing is not on the monatary terms (money only), but more on your comfort with the company management, its background and your passion on its products. You also need to have the good relationship and the trust with your business partner (upline), who refer you to the business. You must also have the desire and the drive to survive in this kind of business.

    Success to you all !

  15. Seems like a strategic move. Im in neither company, but it seems it could be big. I know Evolv has some great leaders/trainers. Jim Lutes is a Master Distributor there and he is exceptional. Im sure Xowiis leaders will merge in well.
I wish all and everyone the best.

  16. True Loyalty is hard to find. The Sacks and Dean are proof of it. They didnt leave because MonaVie paid Dean, they left for nothing but GREED. Period! They had a successful distributorship but it wasnt good enough. Hey Phil, how many of your “Active MonaVie” downline did you move over? I think that is what the bigger issue is. If a distributor wants to move…then move…Free will…but to steal a downline for some bigger and better scheme, that is wrong. Every time one moves from one company to another, they lose credibility. Dean does not have much left, but as long as people are creedy, then they will follow the blind.
I have seen too many successful distributors run for the next big thing only to have their whole downlines destroyed. Most if not all those who left MonaVie for Xowii and feeling the pain. This merger is only a sign of failing companies trying to save each other. And yes, i have heard many distributors say how Xowii and its leaders romanced them to their company. Ego does have a big play in this too, lets not forget that.
Everyone has a choice to work where they want but when the greed comes in thats what hurts this entire industry.

  17. JB, We left because they were enticing top Distributors from other companies to come over along with allowing a top Dist. to use religion as a way to get people to spend money on tools. We left a huge paycheck and started completely over. We DID NOT move our downline over. We started over and we even paid for our own flight to visit Xowii! If we were being romanced then this was a horrible “date”! That is why MV never sued us. We did it the right way. JB you absolutely have no idea what you are talking about and that alright because I can see your point of view and understand that it is the easiest way to attack us. We didn’t move because we thought the “grass was greener”. Believe it or not some people really do want what is best for the masses and not for themselves. In the MLM world our view is that a company (corporate team) serves it’s distributors. A lot of companies think that the distributors are here to serve them. We left as million dollar earners to start over. I know you and others do not want that to be the truth but it is. We will ALWAYS do the right thing even if it means ridicule. Jenny and I got into this amazing industry to provide a legacy income for our family that will carry on for years to come. We can’t be with a company that we do not think will be around for years to come.

We have made a lot of mistakes in our MLM career. We still have a lot to learn but one thing I can assure you is that we lead from our hearts. I hated corporate america and my wife didn’t enjoy working night shifts as a nurse. We saw the MLM industry as a low entry point financially to allow us to have a home based business. We struggled for 2 years wondering if we could do it and once we saw what it took to build a strong network of like minded individuals we realized how much fun this industry could be.

I won’t deny that we want to make money for ourselves but more importantly we want to have a legacy “tree”. If we are going to be successful long term in this industry then we need two things: 1. to have a partnership with the right corporate team (serves it’s distributors first) and 2. to help develop other leaders amongst our team.

We have NEVER been paid to join a company and we have NEVER broken the rules for recruiting distributors set by our past company or by the DSA.

The fact is that we did personally take a huge financial hit to leave our last company and we actually didn’t expect to make more money but we did expect to be happier and to be with a company that served down and not up.

I know we are an easy target but if you really knew the truth and got to know Jenny and I, you would hopefully see our hearts are in the right place along with our intentions.

Yes JB, your words do sting and I wish it didn’t but it’s tough reading your thoughts knowing, and I mean this with respect for your willingness to share your thoughts, that we have given up so much (not just money) to make a stand that we feel is right.

Is this merger a sign of two companies going the wrong direction? It’s a shock to us and I am still trying to find out what it means too!
JB, I can promise you this, if I find out that this merger was done for the wrong reason then We WILL NOT be apart of it.

  18. Phil and Jenny,
I am not a distributor for either Evolv or Xowii, but took an interest in the way you have replied to what can only be termed silly rumours made against you on this forum. I have to say you’ve handled it with incredible integrity. You haven’t buried your head in the sand like so many others seem to, but answered your critics head on. Man, you have no idea how refreshing that is! After reading your description of why you want to build this business and what you are NOT prepared to put up with, I can see why you were so successful in Monavie. Stick to your guns, anybody in your team should be proud to have you as a leader.

    Just my two cents!

  19. Phil-I too am encouraged to hear your point of view. It’s encouraging to hear that you were not “romanced” as so often happens in this industry. I’m grateful for people such as your self and your wife who stand their ground-even if it comes under attack. My leader also left his previous company (which included 50k monthly checks) to join my company and had to start all over again.
I am honestly surprised to hear that you did not know that both companies were merging? It will be interesting to watch how this all unfolds for all of you.
Hang tight through the craziness and rumor mill. Stay positive!
