Anderson Chester Achieves Blue Diamond Rank At OneLife

Anderson Chester, 38, was born in Trinidad and Tobago.

In addition to his experience in the traditional business, he has more than 10 years of network marketing experience, chiefly on the Caribbean islands: Trinidad and Tobago, but also Suriname, Jamaica, Barbados and St Maarten.

Chester moves mainly, although not exclusively, through these territories with a very clear mission.

This is what he had to say achieving one of the top ranks in his company – Blue Diamond- which he reached with $1 Million revenue in 1 month.

“After thirteen years in the MLM industry, my dreams are now becoming a reality.”

It’s strange to see how everything comes together at the right time.

Having made the decision fifteen month ago to be a part of OneLife literally changed my life. That one decision is the result of where I am today, and I am supremely thankful to God, my family, my team and my truly dedicated uplines and mentors Igor Alberts & Andreaa Cimbala for their never-ending support and faith in my dreams.

Attaining the rank of Blue Diamond in a company is something that has never been accomplished by someone living in the Caribbean. This achievement is not only a victory for me, it’s a victory for the entire Caribbean.

This accomplishment shows that we as people can achieve anything we put our minds on to achieve.

It is a testimony that there is room for anyone to reach a high level in the MLM industry, even if you are from the Caribbean, from a small country with a population of 1.5 million people.

When I received the news of this achievement from my uplines Igor Alberts & Andreea Cimbala, Black Diamonds in our company, I was truly humbled. I immediately realized the importance of staying extremely focused and loyal to the process. Even with my prior experience of 12 years in the industry, I came into OneLife without the ego, submitted myself immediately to my mentors and became the best student that I can be.

On of the most profound advice I received from the start was the importance of attending company’s events. Since I was introduced to the company, I attend every international event. Recently, there was an event in Lisbon, Portugal.

That event was attended not only by me, but also by my Top 10 Caribbean leaders. Together, we saw the highest level of leadership in the company from the Master Distributor Sebastian Greenwood, Crown Diamond Simon Lee, Black Diamonds  Staffan Liback, Dr. Zaffar, Dr. Pawitz & Mansoor Tawafi. This was a turning point for my leaders, as we witnessed Level 5 Leadership in action.

The following week, we were over 60 strong people from the Caribbean at the company’s regional event in Panama. At this event, Mr. Gordon & Sharon Stenhuijs, from Suriname, were present with their leaders, as well as Diamonds Mr. Cordel King Jayms & Patrice Jayms, Diamonds Mr. Ivan & Michelle Mark and Diamond Mr. Duane Marc Anthony.

The event in Panama was simply mind-blowing, with excellent structure and content to take us all to the next level. At this time, I saluted the Latam ambassador Mr. Jose Gordo for his amazing leadership. After an event like this, the Black Diamond rank is the only thing on my horizon, because my core leaders will be dedicated achieving Blue Diamonds in the coming months.

For every success there is a price to pay, and we are dedicated to paying the price for ours. Receiving my Rolex watch in front of thousands of people, online and offline together, was truly the most memorable moment. Dreams do become a reality when you believe.

In closing, I thank my wife Anica Chester for her never-ending support and dedication to the bigger vision. My administrative team, the Monsegue family, who is always behind the scenes. All my Diamonds, Emeralds, Rubies, Sapphires and those not mentioned in the organization.
