Ashton is what a leader should be. She is always accessible and will listen to you. She helps you work through your issue without judgment. She will always help you figure out the best course of action that produce the best results. She provides training that benefits everyone.
Ashton is the new generation of leaders that actually care. She is not about business either. She will listen if you’re having bad day and her words lift you up!!

Ashton is such an incredible leader, not only does she help she is so supportive. She always knows exactly what I HAVE to hear to scale up in my business and personal life. I may not always want to hear what she has to say but I know that she’s telling what I NEED to hear so I can grow as a person. Even when she doesn’t know the information about something she will go out of her way to find out because she always wants to learn more and educate her entire team, so we can understand together. I have known Ashton for over a year, no matter what company she is with, she treats everyone the same.
What I love about Ashton is that she always doing trainings on how to improve your business. She always supportive. One thing that I love about Ashton is that she challenged us, her team, to create a vision board. I did the challenge and it changed my mindset.
She also takes the time out of her very busy schedule to audit our videos and/or posts to come up with ways to improve our videos and posts.
Since she has helped me, I am personally seeing a difference in my personal business. That, right there, is a great leader!
Ashton has been such an inspiration for me! She has taken time to help me out whenever I've asked. Not matter how big or small it is. I love that she wants to see everyone winning! Ashton seems to be always available to answer questions and provide help if needed. She is very educated on vitamins, nutrition and what the body needs to function optimally. I’ve learned a lot from her about weight loss (and gain) and how stress affects the body’s functions and hope to continue to learn more. Even though she is a busy mom , she makes you feel like you are the only thing that’s important. She is in touch with her team and strives to help everyone be the best that they can be. Ashton sees what is ahead for the team and is ready to meet challenges head on so that the team can soar!
