Very quick to reply to my many questions and was very helpful at explaining all the details about all the products and prices. Explained how the member pricing works with the membership and the huge saving verses the retail pricing. She showed me where you can compare each product to the competitors pricing. Also showed me where the lab reports are on the products. She also explained that if I have a Facebook page, she can connect me to the testimonies page with all the other customers who have tried the products and what their results were. Also told me it was a good place to connect with other customers to find out what they use that may help me. She was a tremendous help.
