This man is the real deal!! I have so much respect for Dwayne as a spiritual man, family man, and a BIG business man! Being able to work closely with him for the past few months has been a phenomenal experience. I've learned and grown so much. He's encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone to truly grow into the amazing person i'm meant to be. I've been able to acquire quite a few of the key characteristics every effective leader has.
