Business For Home defines a leader and a professional networker in Direct Sales as follows:
"A leader and professional networker is the one who has the ability to guide and at the same time is able to motivate team members, inspire respect and confidence and explain the power of the compensation plan".
But they should also have:
- Effective communication: They must transmit the needed information suitably. It’s fundamental for leading.
- Vision: A leader needs to have a vision, which means not only thinking in a short term, but trying to see a bigger picture.
- Balance: Give importance to team members’ opinions.
- Art of Feedback: In order to produce good feedback it’s important to keep it impartial and objective. Criticism must bring solutions and improvement.
I've known this guy for a couple of years maybe a little more. Anytime he comes with a opportunity I'll always be all ears and open to hearing about it because he is a genuine leader. Although he's known to show some tuff love, you'll always get the raw and honest truth, feedback and guidance! I love his passion for helping other people and I know that being connected to him is a win for not only me but also for those that are introduced to him through me.
I'd highly recommend James R. Davis Sr. if you are looking to work with someone who is driven, motivated and sincere! Whether you are new to the network marketing arena or a seasoned pro, he is definitely your guy!💪🏾 He's a man integrity that always looks out for the team and not just himself. If you are willing to put in the work he'll do everything in his power to make sure his whole team wins! There's definitely no "I" in team when it comes to Mr. James R Davis Sr. Everyone needs a James R Davis Sr in their circle! Period!
Love that brother for life! Been knowing him for years! Have watched him grown from zero to the Six figure Ring with his last run.. he's about to do it again with a lot of people! This guy rocks! Amazing husband and father. I also seen him go to prison for about 10 years and 8 months when he was only 18 years old. He came out got a job, got promoted to Office Manager and hasn't literally looked back since. I remember when he first got into MLM, I approached me and I didn't join. I kinda regret it because I literally watched him help strangers that ultimately became his family. A global family at that as I watched him travel the world with those people. Salute to anyone who joins this brother. Listen to em, he knows his stuff!
