- Vision: A leader needs to have a vision, which means not only thinking in a short term, but trying to see a bigger picture.
- Balance: Give importance to team members’ opinions.
- Art of Feedback: In order to produce good feedback it’s important to keep it impartial and objective. Criticism must bring solutions and improvement.

Sich selbst als Führer oder Leader zu schimpfen und keinen blassen Schimmer von echter Personalverantwortung zu haben, ist einfach nur dreist.
Natürlich heuchelt jeder in der Linie, um in die Gunst des NWM-Kopfes zu kommen. Ist ja schließlich auch die einzige Position, die wirklich Geld damit verdient.
Jedem, der auf den Scharlatan reinfällt kann man lediglich das herzlichste Beileid und baldige geistige Gesinnung. Dass Geld nicht auf Bäumen wächst und schon gar nicht mit billig produzierten Lehrinhalten eingenommen werden kann, sollten eigenlich jedem klar sein…
Aber anscheinend gibt es noch immer ausreichend verzweifelte Menschen.
