- Vision: A leader needs to have a vision, which means not only thinking in a short term, but trying to see a bigger picture.
- Balance: Give importance to team members’ opinions.
- Art of Feedback: In order to produce good feedback it’s important to keep it impartial and objective. Criticism must bring solutions and improvement.

He is currently working with our group to expand our joint business in South America.
Not to be honest, he talks to Ruda, who thoroughly explained to me not only the marketing plan of the Duolife company, planned the first meetings with potential collaborators and showed me how to write a list of names correctly. His knowledge of the company's products assured me that he is the right leader to help people not only in business but also in their health.
We spend time together on vacation with our partners. If it weren't for Rudy and his initiative, I wouldn't be driving today in the third luxury vehicle provided to me by Duolife for my activity.
I am already looking forward to further joint events, which will always move us a great deal further.
