I've had the pleasure of using the GTS supplement. I've noticed that in addition to the great taste that just one a day tends to give me energy throughout the day often into the evening. I work a full-time job, a part-time business, and I coach basketball. My days are often slammed with meetings and back to back tasks. Having energy to get through the day allows me to continue to be productive with my various duties and to achieve my goals more efficiently. I would recommend that if you are the type of ambitious person like me and want to be able to successfully make it through your day with great energy at this to your list of things to try!
