I have been in the industry for over 25 years and have been in top leadership positions. In my carrier I have met many amazing leaders but none like Vikki Downey! She inspires me and her leadership skills are so impressive, I decided to join her team. The whole hearted support, coaching and example she provides to all who meet her, sets her apart in a league of her own! She will go the extra mile in order to help others realize their dreams. She’s a great listener and has a solution oriented attitude. I am truly blessed to have her as my leader and mentor.
