Outstanding leaders in this industry who are some of the absolute best when it comes to leading by example. They are servant leaders with HUGE HEARTS and go above and beyond for their teams in every way they can. From my experience in this industry, when leaders hit pinnacle ranks and start making money they tend to forget who got them there… This is definitely NOT the case for Travis and Summer, they work with their team like its Day 1 every day, its very admirable to see that in this industry…
