I tried to order and was very disappointed in the website and ease of navigation. I tried reaching out to the company for assistance. I ultimately went to the website and requested help and after two days was responded to by another customer to contact customer service. I was never contacted by customer service and decided to find my supplements elsewhere. I found a company that has great customer service in a timely manner. If I had to give them some advice, I would say to hire a better customer service representative . All in all it comes down to the bad customer service. They lost a potential long time customer.
