I am fortunate to work under the guidance of a remarkable leader. She talks to us in a way that's real and makes us want to do our best. She cares about how we feel. When we talk, she tells me what she really thinks and listens to what I say. Seeing her work hard to achieve her goals makes me want to set my own.
She's not only my mentor but also a friend who knows how to be professional. She's great at motivating us, not just as a leader but also when she speaks. Even when I mess up, she tells me what I did wrong without being mean. Her mix of being professional and caring pushes me to do better all the time.
