I’m Dermid, a 44-year-old disabled man from London, and working a conventional job has always been a challenge for me.

That’s why I decided to give working from home a real try, and it’s turned out to be one of the most positive steps I’ve taken. A big part of what keeps me moving forward is the support I get from my upline, Michelle. I find her incredibly reliable — she’s always there when needed, ready to answer questions, offer guidance, or give encouragement on the days when things feel tougher.
