I have known Ivan since 2019 and worked with him for 2 years.
Ivan is a very hard working leader that leads by example.
Ivan really cares about helping his team succeed which is in my opinion one of the most important traits of a great Leader.

His ambition and vision for the future is huge and to support that vision he constantly puts on amazing training for his team and supports growth with Incentives for the team when needed.
