Five months ago, I started working more closely with Ivan, and that has profoundly enriched my vision of leadership. Ivan is a leader with an exceptionally big heart: caring, friendly, open-minded, and always available to listen and help, even when he is busy and gets nothing in return. His commitment and sincere attention to people make him an inspiring example. He shows that leadership is not about titles or positions, but about vision, empathy, and the desire to help others grow in their own endeavors. His approach to coaching is humane, powerful, and motivating. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to meet him in person. It feels like a blessing that he is now my leader—a true source of inspiration.
