I love Melissa so much! She has a heart for her tribe and she's extremely generous. Beautiful business opportunities and the Bellame products are second to none. She engages her partners and her entire family in this four year old company that's poised to go global and be around for many more years to come.

Melissa know me and my family by name. I've never worked for a CEO that care for me and others personally like Melissa and the Thompson family. They are like family to my husband and I.

I look forward to many more years and the growth that's presently happening with Bellame. Melissa's leadership has just recently earned us a spot on the INC.5000 list. We are super proud of this distinction and Melissa has made it clear that this and all other awards are because of her tribe. She never takes credit for herself. It's been a team effort!!
