I have been friends with Real and Michele for over 20 years. I have also joined them in their business venture. I have never met more giving, kind, honest and supportive people in my life. They will literally give you the shirt off their backs. They are such supportive leaders and in this industry that is rare. They truly want nothing more than to see their people succeed. Real and Michele truly lead by example and lead from the front lines. Any questions I have no matter how many times it may have been asked and answered are explained without making you feel less than. They take action every single day and truly focus on the new person and anyone who is there and willing to learn and grow. They are my biggest cheerleaders and I truly cannot say enough about them as people and as leaders. They are truly the best.
