It’s hard to put into words how much Dr Josephine has impacted my life. I’ve seen the countless hours she pours into building people and lifting others up, often sacrificing her own time and comfort without hesitation. Her strength, wisdom, and compassion inspire me daily. I’ve watched her guide so many of her teams through challenges with patience and love, never giving up on anyone.

I feel so grateful and honored to walk this journey alongside her. She’s more than a leader, she’s the heart of our team and a living example of what it means to lead with purpose and passion.
