I give Michael five stars. Michael has integrity and great vision for where he is going and leads his team by example. He stays in communication with his team, sends out reminders for important dates and latest updated information. Michael is there to guide his team, even us who are a little tech challenged at times. His love as a leader and caring for his team shines through. Michael not only leads through example, he also has great rapport with his team, and meets you where you are at. He gives practicle solutions and feedback. I have only worked with Michael a short time, but I am very grateful to have him in my up line.
