Their skincare products deliver consistent, provable results and the company is fun to work for. They have more skincare items coming out for holiday and in the New Year. I’ve been paid accurately and on-time. For a start-up, they definitely have their stuff together and doing things the right way. Onboarding and training was smooth thanks to the weekly training calls and webinars they offer to new and seasoned consultants. There are a few territories open to be first in market and I’m guessing they will start going fast. Company is a hybrid party-plan with a solid comp plan that pays in 12 ways.
