Such an inspirational leader. He hasn’t had an easy time getting here, but his journey is absolutely relatable and he cares about his team. The communication system he recently set up is so easy to navigate. I’m delighted to have a leader who honestly cares for his team and is there as a real person who is available when needed.

Gareth appears to totally understand what his team needs and he is really keen for us all to do well
