It has become clear to me that there are 5 elements required for success.

They are:
1:
A product or service which matters to people.
The product must have a degree of uniqueness.
The product must appeal to people outside of the company which offers the product. If only members buy, failure will be the ultimate outcome.

The Talk Fusion product is unique. The Talk Fusion product is priced for the consumer. Most direct selling products are priced to fund a compensation plan.

2: Talk Fusion has operational efficiencies seldom seen in the direct selling world.

3: Timing that is clear, obvious and beyond refute. The re imagination of Talk Fusion has created a chance to position ones self at the gebesis, yet suffer none of the risks typically associated with that positioning.

4: The compensation plan. The plan must provoke and reward proper behaviors. The TF plan does this…and it pays in ONE MINUTE. What more needs to be said?

5: Training and Support. This is where we, the field leaders earn our keep.

It is my belief that the launch of Talk Fusion in its reimagined format will be the most dramatic vertical thrust seen in direct selling in decades.
