Overall an amazing leader! Bonnie is someone that stays in contact with everyone both via group chat and personal messages. She is a balanced listener and communicator. When I became part of the team she was very informed in the compensation plan and bonus programs. Bonnie remains always available to encourage everyone and also give tips that have helped her succeed network marketing. While I am not directly under Bonnie she continues to support reach out to me and everyone and give everyone a confidence boost when they need one.
