Top Leader Crystal Foy Finds Her True Home with Neora
When opportunity comes knocking, it doesn’t always arrive when—or how—you expect it.
For Crystal Foy, an accomplished leader with a thriving direct sales business, Neora wasn’t something she was looking for—it was something that found her.
“I wasn’t actually searching for a new opportunity,” Crystal recalls. “I had already built a successful business. I wasn’t particularly happy or fulfilled, but rebuilding wasn’t on my radar either.”
That changed the day she stumbled across a post about Neora’s breakthrough product, Neo-FILLER, while simply searching for effective, clean skincare. “I’d tried six different brands over the past year, and none really impressed me,” she says. “Neo-FILLER caught my attention immediately, so I decided to try it as a customer—with zero intention of building a business.”
But that decision soon turned into something much bigger. “Once I started using the products, I was instantly hooked on the changes I was seeing,” Crystal says. “Given my background as a small business owner, I’ve always been an incredible seller. I thought, my customer base is going to go crazy for this. And they did!”
The overwhelming customer response led Crystal to dig deeper into Neora’s business model, products, and mission—and the more she learned, the more she couldn’t unsee the opportunity before her. “I took a leap of faith and walked away from two six-figure incomes because I truly saw the potential with Neora,” she shares. “In hindsight, it wasn’t an accident that I found Neora—it was where I was meant to be. This is home.”
A Career Built on Courage and Pivoting with Purpose
Crystal’s entrepreneurial spirit runs deep. The first in her family to graduate from college, she quickly climbed the corporate ladder, becoming Vice President of an investor and public relations firm by age 25. But professional success came at a personal cost. “I realized I was sacrificing all of my time for financial reward,” she says. “When I got pregnant with my son, I knew I couldn’t give up family time for my career.” She made the bold choice to walk away—with no clear plan other than trusting her gut.
After a season as a stay-at-home mom, Crystal craved more purpose and balance. She found her footing in direct sales, quickly becoming a top seller before opening her own seven-figure boutique. Yet again, the long hours took her away from what mattered most. “That’s when I returned to direct sales in 2023—for the freedom and flexibility. This time, I was ready to lead.”
Freedom, Family, and the Power of Consistency
“For me, it will always be about the freedom and flexibility,” Crystal says. “Yes, the money is amazing—but never missing a moment with my family is the real win.” She’s also passionate about changing perceptions of the direct selling industry. “So many people still view this business as taboo, and I want to change that,” she explains. “I’ve made it my mission to inspire, educate, and help others find their own freedom through this profession.”
Her success philosophy is rooted in consistency and grit. “I’ll never be the smartest, prettiest, or most well-spoken in a room,” she admits. “But I’ll outwork almost everyone there. Success comes from showing up—especially when it’s hard—and being willing to do the small, consistent actions every day.”
Leadership Through Service and Authenticity
For Crystal, leadership isn’t about titles or ranks—it’s about service. “I’ve seen leadership done wrong, and I promised myself I’d do it differently,” she says. “It’s never been about money or recognition. It’s about helping others be better than they were before—helping them realize they can create the life they dream of.”
She leads with transparency, empathy, and intention—qualities that have helped her connect deeply with her growing Neora team. “I always go back to my why—my family, my freedom, and my purpose,” she shares. “And I remind my team to do the same. Consistency, goal-setting, and not comparing your journey to anyone else’s are key to long-term success.”
Why Neora Stands Apart
When asked what makes Neora different, Crystal doesn’t hesitate. “It’s everything—the products, the people, the systems, the culture,” she says. “There’s this genuine sense of community over competition. Everyone wants to see you win.”
She also points out how long so many Brand Partners have been with Neora. “There’s a quiet confidence here,” she notes. “People are settled, happy, and fulfilled—and you can’t fake that.” Her personal product favorites? “Definitely the Slim + Skin Collagen for the full-body results I’ve experienced—improved hair, skin, nails, joints, and energy levels—and of course, Neo-FILLER!
Looking Ahead: Building and Belonging
Crystal has already achieved a host of accomplishments since joining Neora, including ranking up 9 times, earning a trip for two to Cabo San Lucas, and earning Neora’s Elite Retreat. As Crystal continues to rise as a leader within Neora, her goals remain rooted in purpose. “I hope to bring my selling and social media expertise to serve the field and help others grow with confidence,” she says. “But more than anything, I want to inspire others to believe they can do this, too.”
With Neora, Crystal says she’s finally found more than a business—she’s found belonging. “For the first time in my career, I can look around and say with total confidence, I’m home. And that’s the best feeling in the world.”
