Gianluca es un tremendo ser humano y líder del cuál he vivido en propia experiencia lo que su apoyo incondicional significa. No me lo ha contado nadie. Pasé de estar sola a sentirme en un "lugar seguro" bajo su guía. Siempre está cuando lo necesitas, apoyando con lo que sea necesario desde una palabra hasta un "empujón" mental. Sin duda llegará muy lejos si hasta aprender el idioma lo hizo en tiempo récord para apoyar a su equipo. Hubiese sido fácil simplemente encontrar quién le traduzca pero no, él quiso y lo logró.

Meeting Gianluca has been a blessing for me. I have always been aware of my worth, even while living in a world where I was often exploited. I have always managed to navigate through the various jobs I have learned. Whenever I was asked to do something, I did it; when I was asked to study, I studied. Despite my great effort, I remained stuck, with no opportunities for growth. Despite my hard work, I stayed at square one.
