Although I am not in his team in Success Factory, I am a sideline to his team structure, I have attended couples of meetings with him, and to be honest, I felt that he is a real leader and professional networker who has the ability to guide and at the same time is able to motivate his team members and others, inspire respect and confidence and explain the power of the compensation plan, and how he plan a head towards the goals to be achieved for his team, before himself.
And at the end he would reach his goals for sure

I really admire him and his leadership.
