During the Spring/summer/fall months I used to take Claritin, bendryl, nasal sprays, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, inhalers and breathing treatments to “help” with my allergies. With biodefense I know it actually helps. I am finally able to breathe during these months. With other products it would just alleviate some symptoms of allergies. Because of OTC allergy meds barely working I suffered at lest 4 sinus infections and bronchitis. I haven’t been on an antibiotic once since using biodefense. I have saved myself so much money by not going to the doctor constantly and getting antibiotics to kill my immune system.
