Laurie is one of the best. She's is kind, patient, energetic and responsive. She has really taught me how to navigate this industry and start seeing results FINALLY in my business after years of struggling. Laurie doesn't hold back sharing all the tips of the trade and helping tweak what isn't working. She is a great encouragement and snaps me out of a funk when Im feeling down on myself. Plus, the entire team is just amazing and hosts an extremely positive atmosphere/vibe. I have been wondering why I haven't been successful in growing a team, and Laurie laid it all on the line. Little by little the pieces started falling into place. Laurie brought me out of my comfort zone and helped me get past my fears- things I didn't even realize were holding me back. That push was exactly what I needed to get the wheels turning and find the perfect balance between actively and passively recruiting to build my team. There is a lot to know about being successful in this social marketing industry and strong leadership is essential.
