This product has been tested and proven to be the number one antioxidant by me and I have been using it for the past 3 months and it has significantly reduced my hot flushes and increased my energy levels , I have used it in my hair and in my skin. FOL is beneficial in many areas of my life , I have improved immunity, my endurance during exercise have increased and I can now run longer .
