All my life I hated vitamin and I was introduced to nutraburst about 4 months ago and when I tell you I safely take my nutraburst 1 everyday full sometimes twice a day one thing I like about it as soon as I drink it within a minute or two I can feel it in my body to absorb is so good on the bottle it says 98% and it is true I feel good in my body I feel more energy and I love the way I it taste as well I am so happy when my cousin introduced me to the products and as well all the products that TLC carries it is all natural it's amazing and I have my grandbaby with whom is less than a year old drink the product as well and he loves it Thank u TLC
