I have chronic back pain due to 3 herniated disc in my lower back and 2 in my neck along with fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease and sciatica. I have been on high powered pain killers for 10 plus years until Sunday Blue introduced me to My Daily Choice 1500 cinnamon. It has been a game changer, not only for pain but sleep too. I have to take it 2 times per day, but with the flavor it isn't a problem. I have since introduced my son to it and he has had the same results as he is a truck driver who suffers with lower back pain.
