It hasn’t been that long that I’ve been undergoing training and mentoring form the Chairlady “Nikki Sutherland” and I must say it’s been a blessings to me to be under her wing, she has brought me to a level of self that I had been toying with for some time. she is an amazing lady who brings out the great occupational side of me with her mentoring & direction.
To be given access to an individual such as herself is amazing learning experience.
Nikki has impacted me in ways that have made me change my mindset when it comes to work & money, family and also with friends. A true leader and a inspiration who I prayer to continue being lead by as Nikki is so good at what she does. The change I was searching for once I found my place amongst the mentees Nikki has.
