There is also a very cordial relationship that exists among distributors who support each order to ensure that they are growing together and making it big in the business. Training is constantly carried out within the Company at local Country levels as well as internationally every Monday over the Zoom call , which help to ensure that distributors are well informed about current trends in the Company as well as gaining mastery about the company products. From time to time, promotions are carried out to motivate the distributors to work harder. The ranks within the Company are well structured to reward hard work and increase in value creation.
