Shane Douglas was the first sponsor I've ever had in networking that actually had a system for his team to use that was FREE and works! The system really helped me because it filled in all the areas where my weaknesses are in the industry. Piquing interest and presenting the business in a simple manner. He is very humble, helpful and most importantly reliable to what he says he will do! He makes his time available to you if you are seriously putting forth effort to build the business. Probably what I appreciate the most is he is no hype and tells you straight what it takes to achieve your goals.
