Review by Jim Aitkins on Kandy Schendel
In the 25 years I have known Kandy, she has consistently demonstrated an eagerness to acquire more skills, more knowledge, and more tools for success. But she never makes it about her. It’s about her team and building the success of her team. To that end, she has always put effort into generously equipping others with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to excel. She also models the conduct the members of a growth-focused team must engage in: she puts in the work to know her stuff, she seeks out mentors because she doesn’t believe in reinventing the wheel, and she works the phone to maintain personal contact with prospects, customers, and team members, both above and below. To me, that’s leadership and Kandy has shown it time and time again.
