Charlotte is wonderful, she has always come across as a skillful communicator and gives constructive feedback honestly without judgement. She listened to my concerns and always had the answers I needed to hear. I have been given great support from Charlotte and always find her approachable. Charlotte is great at giving advise and support to all team members. The opportunity I have been given following speaking with Charlotte has been incredible and not something I would have ever thought to do. Her whole mindset and outlook on life is positive and productive and this is shared through all the team. It is truly great to be a part of it.
