Talk Fusion Video emails always provide that personal connection that text-based emails often lack. When a person presses play and see my face and hear me call their name, the sense of connection and exclusivity wins me over. So that is a wow factor for my relationship-building aspirations, whether in business contexts or when reaching out to customers with a personal touch that is not as compelling as text alone. When my audience can see my facial expressions and hear my tonality the experience is more genuine and emotional. Also, the higher engagement means higher open and click-through rates compared to traditional text-based emails.
