Although Tava makes no medical claims when I started taking Tava products I had very low iron and very high blood pressure. Now 4 months in my levels are fantastic, iron elevated and my blood pressure is best as it have been in 20 years! All glory to God I found this company! Thank you so much Tava! As I continue to be the best version of me in my mid 40's and with everything else going on in the world I will forever be grateful and thankful! Tava is not a diet but a lifestyle so yes I'm definitely taking the products for life!
