I met Tobias for the first time the summer of 2022 and since that day he's been one of the person helping me change my life! An amazing individual and amazing leader!
He does so much for his community and he just keeps developing himself to educate his team! He is a natural leader and everyone loves him! He is so dedicated to the work he is doing, always looking at what we can improve and what we could do different but also remember to stick to the basics!v
He has such a drive, and no matter what happens he keeps going and there is nothing stopping this guy!
