I have known Max for several years and have the honor to work with him daily today. What sets Max apart from many other leaders is his presence, values ​​and honesty. His way of communicating and leading is world class. His drive combined with constantly growing as person means that the team also grows. Max challenges and pushes me as a person, which leads me as a leader forward.

When you work close together you get a extended family and that is for sure a great feeling that we have created. Max way to get the team to move forward together as one creates magic with us.
