I am 40 years old, and the first time I had Nutraburst i woke up literally Nutraburst is truly the best multi vitamin i have ever taken. I give it to my 11yr old and it really does It boost our energy levels, and gives us energy to start the day, and keeps us energized throughout the day as well. I used to take other multi vitamins in the pill for but i would have to take 2 or 3 to get what my body needs.. even though it says take one per day, but with Nutraburst 1 tablespoon does the trick. Now My entire family takes Nutraburst and my neighbors by 2bottles at a time. I wouldn't trade it for anything else.
