Jen is very knowledgeable in Validus, among many other avenues. She is always willing to help the team . She shares and cares for helping herself and others. She demonstrates what a true leader is . Jen is compassionate to help and wants excellent for herself which allows all of us to want to follow her lead .
Jen will go a long way with Validus as well as what she sets out to do .
