This is an amazing product! They have 3 great products which all work together to help your overall health and fitness. First is a brain food that gets rid of that fog in the morning and doesn’t have a crash, say goodbye to those expensive energy drinks. Second, I used to wake up 3 or 4 times a night now I sleep the entire night and feel great in the morning, this one also helps you build muscle while you sleep. They just came out with a third product that is helping my hair and nails grow more and thicker, also makes my skin feel smoother (no more ash elbows) I tell everyone about this and can’t wait for the next product to come out.
